Ride Mobile requires no equipment purchase or upgrade! Most modern cell phones are manufactured for use with two SIMs - either a plastic SIM card and/or an embedded SIM (eSIM). The Ride Mobile app installs the eSIM and when a Plan is selected and activated, you will remain connected when outside your Primary Carrier’s coverage area.
