How Do I Add Data to My Ride Mobile Plan?

You can add more data or refresh your Ride Mobile Plan by managing your plan in the App.  


Ensure that you are selecting a plan that meets your data and duration of time needs. If you want to change your plan, you can purchase a new plan at any time, which will appear in the “Pending” section of your “Manage Plans” page in the App. When your current plan expires, go to the Pending section, and Activate that plan.


Consider selecting “Auto Refill” from the “My Plan” page which will automatically refresh your plan with data when you run out or your plan expires. If you do not set your plan to Auto Refill, Ride will send you an email alert when you are running low on data or are close to the Plan’s expiration date.
